Fees & Payment
My standard fee is $225 for a 45 minute individual session. If paying out of pocket, the fee is to be paid at the start of each session.
If you are using your insurance I will invoice you monthly for any copays or deductible amounts you may owe.
Payments should be made to me via check, cash, or Venmo.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for SHIP, Anthem Blue Cross and Medicare.
If you have insurance with another company I am also happy to work with you. If you have PPO or out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for sessions with me. I can provide you with the necessary paperwork for this.
You might also consider using Reimbursify a company that will streamline the process of submitting your claims for reimbursement directly with your insurance company.
